OUT 'N ABOUT

New Opportunity Sydney Olympic Park

BP Solar’s recent announcement of their relocation from Sydney Olympic Park was disappointing news to lose a corporate business of their size from Sydney Olympic Park.  However, this also opens up a fantastic opportunity for corporates looking to relocate into Sydney Olympic Park in 2009 of which, are options are limited.

BP Solar’s existing facility at 2 Australia Avenue, is now available for lease and offers approximately 6,000 sqm of building area, suitable to a variety of uses.  The building consists of office, technical, production and warehouse areas with a high level of flexibility.  On site parking for 100 vehicles is provided as well as substantial mechanical, electrical and security infrastructure.

Jason Wright from GJS Property, who is marketing 2 Australia Avenue for lease together with CBRE, says “2 Australia Avenue is a very unique building to become available for lease not only in Sydney Olympic Park but in all of Sydney.  The configuration and infrastructure in place allows it to be incredibly flexible to different types of use.  This combined with the building location and proximity to amenity and transport provides a quality corporate facility”.

“There are limited opportunities for business in Sydney Olympic Park in 2009 and we envisage the premises being committed in the near future”.
